History
Founded in 1897 by Ernest Cazals, Maison Claude Cazals is located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Now led by Delphine Cazals, the fourth generation of the family, the winery is renowned for producing high-quality Champagnes that reflect the unique terroir of the region.

Production method
The grapes come from vineyards located in the villages of Villeneuve, Vertus, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, with vines averaging 40 years old. After manual harvesting, the wine ages for 3 years on the lees and is bottled with an 8 g/l dosage, achieving a balance between freshness and complexity.
