Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal aromatics. Maceration is calibrated to extract colour and structure without harshness. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in steel to maintain fruit, balance and immediacy, followed by short bottle rest before release.
