Description
History
Vertis comes from vineyards about twenty years old, planted on clay‑limestone soils with marked diurnal temperature shifts typical of the upper Esino valley. The name “Vertis” (from the Latin “vertere”, meaning “to turn”) suggests a peak point and personality. The winery’s protocol calls for roughly two years of aging before release so as to ensure balance, finesse and expression of the terroir.
