Description
History
PN TX20 is the sixth edition of Bollinger’s “PN” series, designed to highlight single-varietal Pinot Noir from emblematic crus. The base vintage is 2020, enriched with reserve wines from historic years such as 2008 and 2012, giving depth and elegance. The dominant cru in the blend is Tauxières, supported by grapes from Aÿ, Avenay‑Val‑d’Or and other villages. The final blend includes over 25% reserve wines. Dosage is moderate at 8 g/l, and aging on lees lasts approximately four years.

Partially vinified in oak; reserve wines aged in magnums and tanks; traditional remuage and disgorgement; 8 g/l dosage. Lees aging for around four years.

Tasting notes
Golden yellow with bright reflections. On the nose: citrus zest, lemon, white peach, apricot and flinty mineral notes. On the palate: fresh entry, hints of red currant, elegance, creamy texture and a long, savory, classy finish.
Food pairing
Ideal with raw seafood, scallops, prawn tartare, noble fish, refined shellfish and light foie gras dishes. Serve between 10‑11 °C to highlight its freshness, structure and complexity.
