History
“Cambrugiano” is Belisario’s historic Riserva, produced since 1988 as one of the first Verdicchio wines in a Riserva format. The wine is made from 100 % Verdicchio grapes selected and treated with cryomaceration to enhance intensity and fragrance. After vinification, it ages for at least a year in steel and toasted barriques, followed by additional bottle aging before release.

Tasting notes
Golden yellow with green hues. Aromas of fresh almond, ripe peach, chamomile, aromatic herbs, citrus and mineral hints. On the palate it reveals density, beautiful structure, lively acidity, elegant roundness and a persistent finish with citrus echoes and a delicate spice touch.
Food pairing
Wonderful with refined seafood dishes, shellfish, mollusks, succulent white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 12‑14 °C.
