Description
History
The Brezza family, active in the territory of the municipality of Barolo, can boast a long history in the art of viticulture, which dates back to 1885. In 1910, Giacomo Brezza, together with his father Antonio, bottled the first wines under the family label. Currently, it is the fourth generation of the family to dedicate itself to production, also managing the adjacent restaurant and hotel. The assembled Barolo represents tradition, the wine that was the norm until the early 1970s, when separate vinification by vineyard began.

Production method
The vineyards, located at about 300 meters above sea level and exposed to the west and east, are managed following certified organic practices. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with a short maceration on the skins. After fermentation, the wine is aged for two years in large Slavic oak barrels of 15 and 30 hectolitres, followed by a year of bottle aging before being released for sale.
