Description
History
Owned by the Tari family since 1996, we find ourselves in a terroir that was already widely cultivated 500 years before Christ.The vineyards of Domaine de La Begude cover a vine-growing area of 22 hectares, distributed in plots that reach 400 meters above sea level.

Production method
The vinification takes place in steel containers, followed by a two-month refinement on the fine lees.

Tasting notes
Pale pink. Perfumes emerge on the nose that outline the olfactory profile, revealing notes of small red and black fruits, with more vegetal hints and dried spices. On the palate it is round, balanced, with excellent structure and intensity.
Possible combinations
This wine is perfect to enjoy with seafood appetizers and goes excellently with grilled prawns and stuffed calamari.
