Description
History
Founded in 1992 and based in Marano di Valpolicella (Verona), Antolini cultivates about 9 hectares in classic Valpolicella hills, favouring a respectful viticulture approach. “Persegà” is produced from vineyards on argillaceous soils with strong day-night thermal shifts, promoting aromatic precision. The 2022 vintage continues the estate’s signature style.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby red colour. On the nose: ripe red fruits like cherry and plum, hints of vanilla and clove spice, and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate: medium-to-full body, gentle but present tannins, well-balanced acidity and a harmonious finish that invites another sip.
Food pairings
Great with hearty Veneto-style first courses (meat ragù, baked pasta), roasted red meats, light game, and semi-aged cheeses. Also ideal for an informal tasting with friends.
