History
The Giuseppe Quintarelli winery, located in Negrar in the heart of Valpolicella, is renowned for producing high-quality wines following traditional methods. Founded by Giuseppe Quintarelli, the winery is now managed by his family, who continue to uphold the high-quality standards that have made it famous worldwide.

Production method
The selected grapes undergo appassimento (drying) for several months, concentrating sugars and flavors. After fermentation, the wine ages for about six years in large Slavonian oak barrels, developing complexity and depth.

Color: Deep ruby red.

Nose: Complex aromas of dried fruit, dates, nuts, earthy notes, and hints of dried sultanas.

Palate: Deep and elegant, with flavors of ripe fruit, complex spices, smoky and toasted notes, pepper, dried herbs, tobacco, and intense minerality. Structured, still developing, with a long, layered finish.

This Amarone pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, game, aged cheeses, and rich, flavorful dishes.
