Description
History
The Grand Cru Schoenenbourg, located near the picturesque village of Riquewihr, has been renowned since the Middle Ages for its exceptional wines. The “Kronenbourg” vineyard is situated on the eastern flank of this hill, characterized by soils rich in clay and gypsum, imparting particular finesse and longevity to the wines.

- 100% Riesling
Production Method
The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve fresh and fruity aromas. The wine then matures on fine lees for several months, gaining complexity and structure.
Alcohol Content
Approximately 12.5% vol.
Tasting Notes
- Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights.
- Aroma: Aromas of citrus, white flowers, and a subtle mineral note.
- Taste: Fresh and lively, with notes of lemon, white peach, and pronounced minerality. Long and harmonious finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, white meats, and Asian cuisine. Also excellent with fresh and goat cheeses.
