Domaine Louis Pierre et Fils is a family-owned estate with a long tradition of producing authentic Burgundy wines. Located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, the Domaine is renowned for its respectful approach to viticulture, enhancing native grape varieties and the unique character of the terroir.

100% Aligoté.
Production method
- Harvest: Handpicked, with careful selection of the bunches.
- Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aromas.
- Aging: Aged on fine lees in stainless steel for a few months to enhance aromatic complexity and structure.

12% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Aroma: Delicate aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a pleasant mineral note.
- Taste: Fresh and crisp, with vibrant acidity and a clean, mineral finish that makes it highly enjoyable.
Possible pairings
Perfect with seafood, oysters, fresh salads, and soft cheeses. Also excellent as the base for a classic Kir cocktail.
