Description
History
Bodegas Albamar is in a region with a great wine-growing vocation: Galicia, where the Mediterranean climate merges with the Atlantic Ocean. In the vineyard, the approach is completely natural, without the use of chemical or synthetic substances, and in the cellar we follow a philosophy of vigilance rather than manipulation. The style of the cellar is therefore rigorous and precise, but without any superstructure or manipulation.

Production method
In the vineyard, organic farming is adopted to preserve the health of the soil and plants, while in the cellar the same philosophy is followed, with spontaneous fermentations and without malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for 8 months on the fine lees in steel tanks and large 20 hl barrels and is not filtered before bottling.

Tasting notes
Intense and vibrant straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers an almost oceanic experience with notes of iodine and salinity, complemented by aromas of citrus peel and golden apple. In the mouth it reveals a salty structure and notable freshness. It ends with balsamic notes and, once again, with a savory finish that invites another sip.
Possible combinations
It goes well with Spanish tapas, especially with grilled peppers, but also with grilled vegetable dishes, caprese or Caesar salad.
