Description
History
The name 150 celebrates the 150th anniversary of Italian unification in 2011, the same year the Lison Classico denomination achieved DOCG status. Borgo Stajnbech chose this name to underline the connection between the wine, its territory and Italian history. Today it stands as one of the winery’s most representative and awarded labels.
Grape variety
Friulano (Tocai Friulano) 100%
Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards in Belfiore di Pramaggiore planted on clay soils. After gentle pressing and about eight hours of cold maceration, the must is cold-settled and fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine then spends around eight months on its lees with regular bâtonnage before ageing exclusively in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals elegant floral aromas of wisteria, linden blossom and acacia, complemented by citrus notes and subtle exotic fruit hints. On the palate it is smooth, persistent and refined, with lively freshness and the characteristic almond finish typical of great Lison Classico wines.
Food pairings
Excellent as an aperitif and with delicate starters, herb-based pasta dishes, vegetable pies, fish with light sauces, shellfish and white meats. Its structure also allows it to pair successfully with more elaborate seafood cuisine.
