Ramonet, established in the 1940s, crafts iconic Chassagne‑Montrachet Premier Crus. “Les Caillerets” (0.5 ha) is a flagship site. Low yields, barrel fermentation and traditional sur‑lie aging create authentic, terroir‑driven wines.

Tasting notes
Deep straw. Aromas of citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, flint and menthol. On the palate it is taut, intensely mineral, with sharp acidity, elegant structure and a long, saline finish
Food pairings
Superb with premium shellfish, delicate steamed fish, foie gras, roast poultry and washed‑rind cheeses. Drink now or cellar until 2032+
