Description
History
Founded in 1948 by François Raveneau, the domaine is now managed by his sons Bernard and Jean-Marie, along with granddaughter Isabelle. Located in the heart of Chablis, Raveneau is renowned for artisanal production of wines that authentically reflect the terroir, with particular focus on Premier and Grand Cru.

Production method
Grapes from 50-year-old vines on Kimmeridgian limestone soils are hand-harvested. After gentle pressing, the must ferments with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation in used oak barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, imparting complexity and longevity.
