Production method

Tasting notes
The Ninfa del Nera 2022 has a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals floral and citrus notes with a hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a pronounced salinity and a pleasant mineral persistence.
