History
The Pietro Torti winery is a family-run business located in Montecalvo Versiggia, in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese. For generations, the Torti family has been dedicated to sustainable viticulture and artisanal winemaking. With careful vineyard management and minimal intervention in the cellar, Pietro Torti creates wines that reflect the identity and history of this remarkable terroir.

Production method
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for several months in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and varietal expression of the Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes
The Terre Gobbe 2022 has a bright ruby-red color. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral and spicy notes. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness that invites another sip.
Food pairings
It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, game, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses. It is also ideal for accompanying traditional Lombard cuisine.
