Donna Olimpia 1898 is a historic estate in the heart of Bolgheri, renowned for producing wines of the highest quality. The name Campo alla Giostra honors the legendary racehorse Varenne, bred on the property and a global icon of horse racing. Production Method
The grapes, hand-harvested and carefully selected, are fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve the aromatic purity of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged in oak barrels for an optimal period, developing complexity and finesse. Further bottle refinement ensures the perfect balance between freshness and depth.

Tasting Notes
It displays an intense ruby red color with vivid violet reflections. The nose reveals a clear and broad bouquet with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, and ripe bell pepper, enriched by hints of cocoa and licorice. On the palate, it is full and harmonious, warm and savory, with a persistent finish and a touch of red fruit preserves.
