Poli Grappa Secca di Merlot “Pò di Poli” 70 cl bottle with case is a grappa produced by the Poli Distillery, owned by the family of the same name, present in the Veneto region since 1400. The history of the Distillery dates back to 1898, the year of foundation in Schiavon by GioBatta Poli.

Poli Grappa Secca di Merlot “Pò di Poli” 70 cl bottle with case is produced by distilling the still juicy marc of Merlot grapes. The distillations take place through a discontinuous alembic and in an artisanal way. The marcs all belong to Merlot clone grapes, even if in reality a blend of marcs of different types of Merlot is created.
