Description
History
The Hammer & Son distillery, located in England, has a rich history of producing spirits. Founded with passion and dedication, the distillery has inherited ancient craft traditions, using traditional distillation methods to create high quality drinks.
Production method
To produce gin it is necessary to “aromatize” an alcoholic base with some elements of which one of the components or often the main one is juniper. This can happen in various ways: either through maceration of the botanicals in alcohol, which is then redistilled to find a colorless and “cleaner” product, or the botanicals can be placed in a container placed above the alembic, so that alcohol in the form of vapor extracts aromas and perfumes.

Colourless, crystalline and clear. The nose perceives an impeccable balance between juniper, cardamom and nutmeg, with clear hints of lemon, a perfect amalgam of citrus and sweet spices. On the palate, an enveloping, soft and aromatic sweetness is experienced, with a surprisingly fresh finish that can be fully appreciated.
