This company was founded by the Morando family in the early 1800s in Castiglione Tinella, in the heart of the Moscato d’Asti production area. Since then, the brothers Paolo and Giulio have divided the tasks, with the first managing the 20 hectares of land planted with vines and the second overseeing the cellar. The grapes come only from their properties and the vineyards are carefully cared for, avoiding the use of chemical products, while technical expertise and innovation are used in the transformation processes. The result is a perfectly balanced Moscato: full-bodied and persistent, but also fragrant and fresh.

Natural fermentation in autoclave for one month, for a fat and persistent prize de mousse.
Greenish yellow colour. In the mouth it is fresh, with notes of orange blossom, lychee, gardenia and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid with a mentholated and sage aftertaste.
The ideal pairing is with hazelnut biscuits. In summer it accompanies fruit salads with peach and strawberries.
