Fermentation and vinification in cement and stainless steel tanks, aging for 18 months in large barrels.
Intense ruby red colour. On the nose, fruity nuances of black cherry, cherry and pomegranate are perceived, accompanied by hints of moist soil, spices and aromatic tobacco. The taste is elegant and flowing, with a harmoniously blended tannic texture, with a generous body and a long and lasting finish.
It goes perfectly with roasted or grilled meat, game and aged cheeses.
