Description
History
The company originated with grandfather Antonio Menegotti, who, already in the 1950s, was dedicated to the production of wine. Subsequently, in the 1970s, his sons Vittorino and Giorgio decided to buy the first vineyards owned by Count Mendini, of which his grandfather Antonio had been the farmer. It was precisely in this period that the Menegotti family started the first production under its own brand, focusing on the DOC lines of Custoza, Bardolino and Bardolino Chiaretto. Thanks to the passion and constancy employed in the work, the Menegotti Agricultural Company expanded its catalog of products, with particular attention to the production of classic method sparkling wines. The quality of this production, in which the white sparkling of Corvina stands out, is considered a point of reference in the province of Verona, the result of the experience acquired in over forty years of activity. In the period between the 1990s and 2000s, the third generation, represented by the grandchildren Antonio and Andrea, joined the company. To this day, they apply the methods and care of their fathers with perseverance and constant commitment, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
